A spacious, newly refurbished and furnished second floor apartment which can accommodate up to 7 people. It is well located on a quiet road, just a one minute walk to the Ramblas and close to the Port, the Cathedral and other attractions. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite which has a shower and full bath. Two connecting living areas allow for the creation of a third bedroom screened for privacy and containing a sofa bed and chair bed. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and the living area contains a TV and Hi Fi. The apartment benefits from air conditioning, double glazing and elevator access .
