Overview

It is a listed modernist house in the town centre of the municipality of Caldes d´Estrac (Barcelona), located on the second line of the sea.

The restoration began in 2004, and has respected the original structures (façade, porches, large windows, stairway, ceilings…) at the same time as incorporating more modern functions (en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating…).

By redefining the original space yet keeping the original characteristics, we have created a pleasing and quality environment.

The interior consists of 3 floors

the third floor: private accommodation.

the second floor: a communal room, 2 double rooms (one with sea views and the other with its own terrace) and a single room.

the first floor: a double room with direct access to the street and its own kitchen-diner.
