This Apartment is located in the residential area of Poblenou which is a very charming district with its own history. This building was built in 1892 and is protected by the government to conserve the ancient history.

The pedestrian street is the main avenue, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, you will enjoy its lively energy and its colours. Its also very close to one of the best beaches in Barcelona: Bogatell.
