You will be staying in the central & hip historical Gothic / El Born Quarter, 2 blocks from the marina and Mediterranean beach, all the main attractions are right outside our guesthouse: Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Barceloneta, 2 blocks from the beaches, Green Parks, the Zoo, Subaway station, Train station, museums, numerous cafes, bars, endless restaurants, shops, & more.

The Guesthouse is located on the top floor of a beautiful historic Spanish Building in the central & historic Gothic/El Born Quarter, in a hip area. Hip and comfortable Traveler Vibe.
Sunny vistas and European balconies add to its charm. All the main attractions are within a few minutes' walk: Las Ramblas, Barcelonetta Beach, Plaza Catalunya, the beaches, local parks, all the museums, endless cafes, funkyy bars, cool restaurants, shops, etc.

We have setup some cool hammocks on our lovely rooftop terrace which has a dining and chill out area as well. We actually host a fun weekly Cava (Champagne) get together on the rooftop Terrace every Sunday afternoon with our guests and friends from all over the world, you would be welcome to come if your in town. Otherwise feel free to use the Rooftop Terrace during your stay.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
