My Barcelona apartment is a newly furnished large bright master space with different integrated areas: a livingroom with sofabed (160cm), dining area with a folding table/4chairs & sofabed(135cm), bathroom with shower and a kitchen with: full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, teapot, grill, vacuum cleaner, washer/dryer & iron/iron board. PHONE and Broadband Internet connect with WIFI at your disposal!

Central AC/Heater, all exterior space with lotsa daily light, it also offers you a wonderful gardened terrace with table/ 4chairs and 2deck chairs. Fully Equipped Entertainment: TV, DVD player, music system with CD player.

Total surface of this apartment provided with parquet floors is 30 sqm. Sleeps up to 4 people.

The Poble Sec Apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with elevator and security system with interphone.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
