'Beach I' is a totally refurbished new apartment, 100 meters from the beach. It is situated on the first floor with balcony and accessible via stairs or private Elevator. Apartment is Bright and Sunny. One Bedroom with Two Single Beds, Sitting room , Designer Bathroom and Plenty of Wardrobe Space. Complete with Air Conditioning, TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player, Washer/Drier, Cooker/Oven, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Iron/Ironing Board, Tea Pot/Coffee Maker, Kitchenware/utensils. Wooden Floors throughout.

To/From City Centre; Bus: No. 17, 59 to Plaza Catalunya. MetroStation: Barceloneta (Yellow/L4) to Plaza Catalunya (Red/L1) On Foot: Follow Harbour to Christopher Columbus Column, La Rambla to Plaza Catalunya.
