The Barceloneta 3 apartment is located at only 100 meters from the beach (Barceloneta beach), on a 3rd floor no lift. The district is very particular, use to be the district of the fishermans, but currently the most demanded zone of Barcelona, because is at the center of the city but right at the beach.
