Description: WELCOME TO OUR HOME FROM HOME APARTMENT, HERE IN THE HEART OF THE CITY OF BARCELONA!

This is a most beautiful residence which is central and located two minutes walking distance from Plaza Catalunya, Just off the famous Via Laietana Road. The apartment is on the second floor of a 100 year old building, renovated outside and inside. It has been recently undergone sympathetic restoration, and yet still retains its original character of wood beams and three metre high ceilings throughout.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six persons and with modern furniture. It has a charming and large sunny living area, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The location of the apartment is situated next to the modernist building of the Palace of the Catalonian Music. Very close to the Ramblas and The Born!!

THE AREA:
The old medieval town of Barcelona; a mix of charming, picturesque, old-world neighborhood with its small shops and famous traditional "tapas bars," "tascas," and "tavernas" and recent influx of young liberal professionals, artists, and foreign immigrants with trendy and ethnic bars, restaurants, and fashionable avant-garde shopping.

How TO ARRIVE:
From the airport you can reach the city centre by bus (Aerobús) or by train (Renfe) to Plaza Catalunya. Then a two minute walk directly will bring you to the apartment. Or take a taxi from the airport.
Cost: Approximately €4.50 (Aerobús), €4.50 (Renfe).
Taxi from the Airport €18.00. (depending on the time of travel and
the number of luggage pieces)

The apartment is located just off the famous Via Laietana Road, where the closest stations for public transport are situated on the Via Laietana its self.
This is an ideal place for a family or a group of friends.

(You get it back when you return the keys)

Check in: New arrivals may check in any time after 1.00pm and will be met and provided with keys.
(Depending on other bookings, we may be flexible on check in time.)

Check out: Guests need to vacate the apartment before 11am on their final day.

We do not allow any parties in this apartment or alcohol consumption.
Sorry No pets allowed, smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
