Overview

Cherished with iron door, the apartment is situated in what's called "Old Town". The apartment is recently refurbished, yet maintains its antique character amd has a capacity up to 6 people. Its location in the "Gothic" area, near the harbour letting you enjoy two of the most important features of Barcelona: the Old Town and the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet pedestrianised street near the Mercè church and is a very lively area with a wide range of leisure facilities. The apartment has a wide double room with two single beds, wardrobes and mirrors and it is decorated in a young and fresh style. There is another single room one individual bed. The living-room, main room of the apartment, is furnished and has television, music hi-fi, wardrobes with Barcelona guides and books, a sofa-bed where can sleep up to 2 people more and an American kitchen. The bathroom complete the rooms of the apartment.

Apartamento situado entre el Barrio Gótico y el mar, en una tranquila calle peatonal de la zona antigua de Barcelona, cerca de la Iglesia de la Mercè y separado por una calle de Paseo Colón, calle abierta al puerto de Barcelona y al Maremagnum. La óptima localización de este apartamento te permitirá planificar tus visitas a pie a la mayoría de lugares de interés cultural y turístico: el frente marítimo, las Ramblas, Maremagnum, Museo Picasso, Born, Santa María del Mar, etc.



Dos líneas de metro (verde y amarilla) y varios autobuses, te permitirán desplazarte sin problemas por el resto de la ciudad. Cuando llegue la noche y quieras descubrir la Barcelona nocturna, no tienes porqué moverte de la zona ya que la oferta es ilimitada.
