Beautiful apartment, located at Eixample Neighborhood, just a 8 minutes by metro to the Placa Catalunya (center of the city) and 15 minutes walk from the nicest beach in Barcelona (Villa Olimpica), Port Olimpic and the Casino.



The apartment is close to attractions in Barcelona: Sagrada Familia, Gloriès Shopping Center, Music Auditorium and the Placa de Toros Monumental.

The living room is spacious, well distributed and practical. There are a sofa bed for two people, a bookcase and it has long windows onto the terrace.

A TV, a HiFi/CD player, a CD player and floor fans/electric fire are available too.

A nice feature to this apartment is the terrace located just outside the living area. This area has table and chairs and is great for outside dinning.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 1 double bed, a large closet, sheets, towels and duvet comforters. From this bedroom you can reach the terrace just outside.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm); and it is equipped with sheets, towels, duvet comforters and closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, necessary for preparing and storing food. Also, you can find a washing machine, microwave, gas stove, and fridge.

In this area, also there is a big wooden table with 6 chairs doing a nice space to socialise and enjoy.

There is one full bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
