A charming colourful 35m2 seaside apartment with its original rustic features, 50 metres from the beach. With a long private balcony and a roof terrace offering sea view, making it a nice place for sundowners chilled wine. The apartment is aimed to offer you a one of its kind apartment with its original style, antique furniture, and carefully chosen decoration to harmonise the apartment. Each room has its own theme with different colours and decoration. The renovation of this apartment has entitled to recapture its lovely original characteristics. The Catalan tiled floor, high ceilings, with wooden beams, and the wood framed windows and shutters. It has two separate bedrooms, with an airy salon and kitchen in one. Its location is in Barceloneta only a step away from the Mediterranean Sea and its beaches. On the other side we find downtown Barcelona, and old town, with its windy streets. You find everything you need within walking distance. Ramblas is only a 15 minute walk awy from the apartment. Easy accessed public transport to go anywhere in town.
