La Rondita is a detached house with it's own garden and terrace. It has it's own natural spring and is surrounded by orchards and beautiful mountain scenery. The house has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people, plus a baby. It has been sympathetically restored by its English owners who live opposite, and is equipped to ensure your comfort. La Rondita has central heating.
Because of its location, both close to the coast and the mountains, La Rondita is ideal for either an active holiday or a relaxing break. You can walk to a local village (10 mins.) which has a restaurant and bar.

Located close to the River Sella on the edge of the village of Fuentes, 5Km from Arriondas. You can walk to a local village (10 mins.) which has a restaurant and bar and there is a river beach 5 minutes from the house (sand and pebble) which is very quiet and family friendly. A short drive from Cangas de Onis (gateway to the Picos de Europa National Park) and the coast (Ribadesella) for multiple and varied beaches plus many traditional fishing ports.
