Three bedrooms, two baths, three toilets, and sleeps eight. This apartment offershigh quality, spacious living accommodation for up to eight people. Great care has been taken to fulfil the luxurious specification given by the owners, including broadband internet, Sky TV with sports packages, a 42" flat panel screen in the lounge and 32" screens in two bedrooms.The apartment benefits from large spacious rooms, and has a total floor area of approximately 250 square meters (including terrace). A large south westerly facing terrace overlooking the 14th and 15th holes, with views of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean.Residents are welcome to make use of the San Roque Club facilities including both championship golf courses, the equestrian centre, tennis courts, pools, restaurants and bars.This part of the Costa del Sol is less developed and more exclusive than the areas further east, but still enojys the same 300 days of sunshine every year!

Within San Roque club resort: hotel leisure complex with bars, restaurants, golf shop, bank, tennis courts, pools and equestrian centre. Restaurants with indoor and alfresco dining include French, International, Spanish, tapas, as well as the famous Kamakura, allegedly the finest Japanese restaurant in Spain. Five minutes drive away will take you to Pueblo Nuevo village with large supermarket, shops, French bakery and cafe, English butcher and a great Argentinian grill restaurant. Eight minutes drive takes you to the beach resort of Alcaidesa with windsurfing, links course, bars, cafes and restaurants. Ten mintues drive takes you to 'Millionaire's Marina' at Sotogrande, with sailing, water-skiing, fashionable waterfront bars and restaurants and even a polo club. Visit the fascinating historical British colony on the 'Rock of Gibraltar'; the coastal towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, with great nightlife; the laid back 'hippy town' of Tarifa; the historical port city of Cadiz; and Jerez the picturesque centre of the Sherry industry. All within an hours drive.
