Overview

Leave your high heels and suits in your wardrobe, catch a cheap flight to Malaga and step into inland Andalucia,"Real Spain". Hire a car if you want to see more of the area or we can arrange airport transfer if you want to just arrive and “chill” with no hassle. This is your time and your space “to be” whether for a few days or a few weeks.
We are here to welcome you whenever you feel you'd like to "retreat" for a while. Walk amongst our olive trees,help yourself to almonds or lemons straight from the tree or if your taste is for spicey food use some of our chillies in your cooking.
We have a new Spanish bar within 5 minutes walk of the finca. You can sit inside or out for a "no frills" experience of unspoiled Spain. Don't expect the chairs to match or cocktails.Don't expect anyone else in the bar to speak English but you can expect a friendly welcome. We converted the stable into a cosy en suite room with two single beds. As this has an ancient olive tree outside its door it is “the olive room”.You can use the kitchen and sitting room on the lower floor of the casita. This is just 15 metres from your private terrace. If you rent both the casita and the olive rooms you could use the double sofa bed in the sitting room of the casita so that you can accommodate a party of 7. (add 18 euros per person per night for more than 4 people). Finca Colina is an in an area which is excellent for walkingand bird watching.If you'd like culture as well as nature we are within easy distance of Malaga, Antequeraand Granada.

Location & area

Get away from it all! No night clubs, no fish and chips, no English breakfasts!Unspoiled countryside where you can walk for miles and see only birds, donkeys and the occassional herd of goats.. or our neighbour ploughing the land with his mules. Almogia, our nearest town with plenty of small shops, restaurants,bars and internet access is a 20 minute drive over the mountain.From here you can catch a bus to Malaga. You don't have to move from the finca as Paco brings his mobile shop each morning and if you want, we'll do your shopping for you.If you fancy some sea air you can drive to the beach in 40 minutes.
