Overview

the apartment is situated overlooking the 27 hole golf course in almerimar. The views extend to the sea and across to the marina also to the Sierra Nevada Mountains. You could be skiing in Granada (2 hours away) in the morning and soaking up the sun in the afternoon. Due to the climate enjoyed in this area the apartment is suitable for year round use. this comfortable apartment has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Firstly and vitally, truly comfortable twin beds in each bedroom with quilts and a double sofa bed in living area.one bedroom has sliding patio doors onto the terrace with fantastic views. There is a full bathroom and also a further separate WC with washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The spacious and airy living area has table and chairs for six, two easy chairs and sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, music centre and there are sliding patio doors leading to the large terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers and a retractable canopy. The terrace has full sun from mid morning until sunset. There is air con in both bedrooms and there are heaters if needed, for taking the chill off in the winter.the large swimming pool and smaller children's pool are open from mid June until mid slept. There are plenty of parking spaces.
