Location & area

Almerimar is an attractive city nestling between its Port and the Andalucian mountains.
There is plenty of shopping to be had in Almeria, or you can just relax and do as the locals do and spend your time in the many Tapas bars they have dotted around the city and its surroundings towns.

Historically you can visit the magnificent grounds of the Alcazaba Castle which is a must for the sightseers and photographers amongst you. There are gardens here and dramatic views from the mountains through the city and down to the Port siting on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea.

Surrounding towns that may interest visitors are Almerimar, El Ejido, and Roquetas de Mar.

Master bedroom contains a King size bed which accommodates 2 people comfortable.

2nd Bedroom contains two single beds.

Living room contains a double settee which I suggest using for younger children, however it is large enough for two adults.

Brand new fitted kitchen with all utensils needed for a self catering holiday.

Rear terraced garden has a Barbecue and table and chairs, with access to the private under ground parking. Access from the rear takes you to the tennis, football, badmington and basketball courts aswell as the cycling track.

The front terrace is South Facing and is approx. 100m2 with a patio dining set to seat up to six people.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Apartment cleaned prior to arrival.
Extra clean can be requested at 60 Euros.

Toileteries will be available upon arrival, however the holidaymaker will need to purchase their own.

Basic provisions such as salt, sugar, coffe, tea etc will be available. We do not ask any extra money for this, just that if you use the last of something, to replace it and leave whatever you don't use.
