The complex has been very tastefully designed with communal landscaped gardens and a large swimming pool.Security gated entrance driveway leading to the secure parking areaThe accommodation comprises of:Steps up to entrance door with security intercom.Good size lounge with air-conditioning, sofa, TV with Sky satellite, DVD, stereo and dining table with seating for 4.Doors out onto the west facing terrace with table and chairs and BBQ.Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & hob, dishwasher and washing machine.Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning and Juliet balcony.

Within walking distance of the apartment is the Mercadonna supermarket which is open Monday to Saturday from 9.15am to 9.15pm.
The town of Vera is only 5 minutes drive with many shops, restaurants, bars, a bull ring and a busy market on a Saturday.
The fishing port of Garrucha is less than 10 minutes drive and has many shops and restaurants including many fabulous fish restaurants. The beaches of Garrucha and Vera Playa stretch for miles and are cleaned daily in the summer season, many are monitored by lifeguards.
The championship golf resort, Valle del Este, is only 10 minutes drive and the now famous Desert Springs golf resort is just 15 minutes drive. Marina Golf at Mojacar Playa is only 15 minutes drive and Cortijo Grande is about 20 minutes away.
Al Andalus is approximately 45 minutes from Almeria airport and 2 hours from Alicante and Murcia airports.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
