Overview

A detached villa with four bedrooms, two lounges, two bathrooms and private pool situated near the golf course at Ciudad Quesada.

A most unusual detached villa with four bedrooms, two lounges, two bathrooms and private pool situated near the golf course and commercial area at La Marquesa Ciudad Quesada.

Entrance is from a front shaded terrace into the lounge dining area consisting of 2 and 3 seater sofa's side unit with large tv (uk digital channel)s, coffee table and dining table and chairs.

A feature of the villa is a spiral staircase down to the lower lounge area which has a double comfy sofa bed and can double up as an additional bedroom.

On the first level is the fully fitted kitchen with access to a flight of steps leading down to the pool and up to the roof terrace. Also at this level is a twin-bed room and full bathroom.

On the lower level via the spiral staircase is the second lounge area with sofa bed, side unit, dresser, coffee table and portable tv with vcr . of the lounge is a small hallway leading to the second full bathroom and three other bedrooms,1 twin, 1 double and 1 single. there is also access to the garden and pool on this level.

The nearest beach is at the popular Spanish resort town of Guardamar 10 minutes drive away with 11 kilometers of golden sand and warm shallow waters. The cities of Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and the theme park areas of Benidorm are within a 50 minute drive of Quesada.
