Overview

This luxury top floor apartment is situated on an exclusive complex and only five minutes walk through the dunes to the beach. Entrance is into the hallway with a room off to the right housing the washing machine.



To the left the hall leads to the well fitted kitchen with the arched breakfast bar separating it from the quality furnished lounge/dining room. Patio doors open onto the large balcony to give wonderful views along the coastline.


From the lounge is a further hall giving access to the two bathrooms and three bedrooms with the 3rd bedroom/office having its own small balcony.




Just inside the entrance door, a flight of stairs take you to the roof solarium furnished with table, chairs & sun loungers, and providing fabulous views along the coast. Air conditioning is installed throughout the property which is a real benefit in the hot summer months.

Location & area

On the complex is a café serving delicious cakes and daily menu also a bar/restaurant. Further Restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets,parks, dunes, castle and much more are in Guardamar town which is approx 2km’s but there is a daily bus service into Guardamar that runs near the complex. It is a leisurely stroll of around 20 minutes along the beach into Guardamar center but we recommend a car for your convenience and sight seeing.
