Overview

This new 3 bedroom house is ideal for family holidays. Furnished to a high standard throughout, it includes air conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge/diner. It has attractive private gardens to the front, side and rear of the property. The frontal aspect of the house includes a shaded front porch and planted stoned garden area. The rear of the property has a patio table and chairs. The community gardens have a large swimming pool and children’s pool. The house is situated on Spain's Costa Blanca about 40 minutes drive south of Alicante. The area is renowned for its fabulous beaches and year round sunshine. Cuidad Quesada is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and is also an ideal base to explore the many attractions in the area, including water parks, water sports, horse riding and boasts 12 superb golf courses all within easy travelling distance. Nearest beach Guadamar,15 minutes by car.

The spacious lounge is furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table,chairs and 30 channel digital TV/radio with unit, there is also a shower and W/C room leading off of the lounge.

There is a fitted kitchen which leads out to the rear garden; this is fully tiled and is an ideal place to soak up the suns rays while watching the children play in the pool. The walled rear garden overlooks and has access the gated communal gardens and large swimming pool. There is also separate children’s pool.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes with ample storage space, it also has a large balcony. The second bedroom to the rear has twin beds,fitted wardrobes and a balcony which overlooks the communal gardens and pool areas and the third bedroom is fitted with twin beds and located of the lounge diner. The main bathroom is very spacious and fitted with large corner bath with shower, bidet, w/c and vanity sink unit.

Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. It is also an ideal base to explore the many attractions in the region, including water parks (one in Quesada itself), Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm 50 minutes drive, crazy golf, go-carting, fun fair, nature reserves and boasts 12 superb golf courses all within easy traveling distance ~ one within five minutes drive from the house at Quesada.
The city of Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Cartegena/Murcia 50 minutes.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
