Overview
A spacious, two bedroom, ground floor apartment with large sun terrace and secure, underground parking. Situated within a security-gated complex on the outskirts of the friendly Spanish village of Algorfa, only 25 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
The apartment sleeps up to six people and is equipped with all you need for a comfortable self catering holiday, and has a decent sized communal pool.
There is an outside sports complex next door, with football and basketball pitches, a childrens play area and a large communal pool. This is a public facility and a nominal fee may be charged.
The beautiful village square is just a 2 minute walk away, and the village has a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes, together with local shops.
The closest beach is at Guadamar, a 15 minute drive away, where there is a long stretch of golden sand and refreshment stalls available.
The towns of Orihuela & Torrevieja are within a 30 minute drive and can be accessed by using the local bus, which can be picked up in the village, as can a bus to Guadamar beach.
There are five golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the apartment, the closest being the international course at La Finca, which is less than a 3 minute drive away.
This apartment is also suitable for disabled people and families with small children.
