Overview

Outside the patio area is furnished with a table, 4 chairs and a parasol - ideal for breakfast! Moving inside, the stylish and airy air-conditioned lounge area contains a 3 seater sofa, chair, pictures, rug, carved wood coffee table and side table, plus lamps, mirror and a carved wood sideboard.The lovely dining area contains a table and 4 chairs, plus wine rack. Also, for your safety, a smoke alarm has been fitted.The modern kitchen leads from the dining area and is bright and cheerful, containing oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/ freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. In addition there is a CD/Radio player, iron and ironing board as well as an excellent array of cooking utensils needed for your stay. Leading from the kitchen is a door to a small back terrace which is furnished with 2 chairs, small table and the all important BBQ - for al fresco dining!Also on this floor is the handy downstairs shower room. Bright and cheerfully tiled in a yellow theme, it contains a shower, WC, basin and mirror.Moving up the beautifully tiled staircase with ornate railings, you come to the second bedroom, again very nicely furnished and air-conditioned, with twin beds, bedside cabinet, pictures, lamp, mirror plus double built in wardrobes which also contain a safe for your valuables during your stay. Moving along the hallway, (which features a large mirror), you come to the main bathroom for the property. Again bright and cheerful, it contains a bath and shower (with shower screen), WC and bidet, plus a basin in a marble vanity unit with mirror and lights above.Further along the landing is the sunny master bedroom. Again beautifully decorated and air-conditioned, it features a double bed, bedside cabinets, mirror, pictures, lamps, 7 drawer chest, double built in wardrobes as well a remote control TV. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use. There are also patio doors to a balcony with lovely sea views.From the landing, stairs take you up to the third floor which features 2 roof terraces! The first, at the front of the property, contains table, 4 chairs, parasol and plants as well as fantastic sea views of Alicante, the beach and the mountains.The second roof terrace, at the rear of the property, is perfect for sunbathing and has 2 sunloungers, table and parasol. In between the two terraces is a utility room containing the washing machine as well as a thoughtfully provided ‘beach kit’ for your use during your stay. The beach kit contains parasol, 2 beach chairs, beach mats and a cool box - all you could need for a day at the lovely beach!The superb pool and garden area is situated just behind the property and has more fantastic sea views.All this, and with the beautiful sandy beach plus a very good selection of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks just a short way away, this really is a special place to stay!
