Very nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with large garden filled with palms, lemon trees and Mediterranean plants.Outside, the garden and porch area are furnished with 2 tables and 8 chairs - enabling you to enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor lifestyle at its best!Moving inside, the nicely decorated lounge area is to the right of the hallway and contains 2 comfortable two seater sofas, rug, coffee table, two side tables, lamps, pictures and also has patio doors leading to the terrace. For your entertainment there is a large LCD television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD/MP3 player as well as a selection of paperbacks.The dining area features a table and 4 chairs, plus 2 comfy chairs, wall unit plus a large mirror, rug, plant and additional bureau.The spacious kitchen features all you would expect including oven, hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, hoover, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, plus an excellent selection of crockery and cookware. Furthermore there is a table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast and a CD/Radio/MP3 player and an outside galleria with plants.Also on the ground floor is a handy downstairs WC containing shower, WC, basin and mirror with lights overhead.Moving upstairs to the first floor, the master bedroom features a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, linen basket, pictures and rugs plus a double built in wardrobe containing a digital safe for your belongings during your stay as well as a TV with remote control. For your comfort in the summer, there is a ceiling fan and there are also plenty of blankets for winter lets.The master bedroom has en suite facilities containing a bath (with shower over) including handrails, WC, bidet, basin and mirror with light overhead.The second bedroom is a twin and contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, rug, pictures, linen basket, lamp and chair, plus a mirror and double built in wardrobe. Again, for your comfort in the summer months there is a ceiling fan and for winter lets there is a radiator and blankets.The main bathroom is also on this floor and contains a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, linen basket, basin and mirror with light overhead.Moving up to the roof terrace, you will find a table, 4 chairs and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining! It also contains 2 sunloungers and a parasol and is lit at night. There are also good sea views from the roof terrace.Close by is the lovely pool and gardens and within easy walking distance is a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball and football courts on the development.Plus the beautiful beach is only a 3 minute drive (or bus ride) down the hill. A fantastic family property!
