Spacious, sunny and fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom family villa with a choice of two pools!Outside, the tiled front garden contains 4 reclining chairs, parasol and a sunlounger and is filled with flowering Mediterranean plants and shrubs plus low-level lighting for the evening.The shady terrace features a table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast or relaxing with a drink in the evening as it is fully lit at night.The sunny air-conditioned lounge is nicely furnished and has a one 3 seater leather sofa, one 2 seater sofa and matching chair, pictures, coffee table, lamp and rug.Plus, for your entertainment, there is a CD/Hi Fi, DVD and a television with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels. There is also a wide selection of DVD's and CD's for your use plus paperback books and a guest information file to help you make the most out of your holiday. The dining area contains a pine table and matching 4 chairs as well as a matching wall unit and ceiling fan for your comfort.The spacious kitchen contains oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board as well as a coffee machine and a good selection of crockery and utensils. There is also a separate utility room with an additional sink.Also on this floor is a handy downstairs shower room, containing shower, WC, basin and mirror.Upstairs, the air-conditioned master bedroom features a double bed, double built in wardrobe with drawers inside, pictures, bedside cabinets and lamps as well as a stand alone fan and safe in the wardrobe for your valuables.
The master bedroom also features en suite facilities containing a fully enclosed shower unit, WC, bidet and a basin set in a marble vanity unit. Plus patio doors lead from the master bedroom to a private balcony furnished with a table and 4 chairs.The air-conditioned second bedroom contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and rug as well as a double built in wardrobe with drawers inside. The main bathroom is also on this floor and contains a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, and basin set in a marble vanity unit with mirror.At the rear of the property is another large patio area, furnished with a table, 4 chairs, rotary airer, 2 reclinging chairs and a gas BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining!The pool is within 50 metres of the property and you are also within easy walking distance of a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.Also just five minutes drive from the lovely blue flag beach, this is a lovely holiday property for your family!
