Overview

Nicely furnished 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed fully air-conditioned (and heated for the winter plus blankets and duvets) ground floor apartment within walking distance to the beach! The secluded garden has patio table and 4 chairs - ideal for relaxing in the evening and is lit at night and also has an outside socket if you wish to play quiet music. For sunbathing, there is also a shingled garden area with flowering plants which contains 4 sunloungers.Inside the air-conditioned lounge contains a 3 seater sofa, comfortable chair, coffee table, side table, lamp and pictures.For your entertainment, there is a TV with built in DVD, portable Hi Fi/CD, selection of DVD's and paperback books, as well as a Guest Information File to help you make the most from your holiday! There are also 4 beach chairs and a selection of inflatables for the beach too!The modern kitchen, as you would expect in such a nice property, has oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, cafetiere, fridge/freezer and a very good selection of crockery and utensils. In addition, there is a useful medical box thoughtfully supplied by the owners. There is also a separate utility area which houses the washing machine, hoover, additional sink, airer, iron and ironing board.The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs as well as pictures.The shower room / WC contains shower with shower cubicle, WC, basin, mirror and recessed halogen lights overhead.The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures as well as triple built in wardrobe and 3 drawer chest of drawers. Both bedrooms also have duvets for winter lets. There is also a safe for your valuables during your stay.The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and features twin beds, bedside cabinets and lamp, as well as a built in double wardrobe with 3 drawer chest.The main bathroom contains bath (with shower over), bidet, WC, extractor fan as well as a marble topped vanity unit containing the basin, plus recessed halogen lights overhead. In addition there is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer!The lovely pool and garden area is just a short distance away and is open from mid April until the end of September. In addition there is a wide selection of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property! A great holiday location for all!The stunning sand-duned beach is just a short 5 minute walk. A really lovely family holiday property!
