This very nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner townhouse is part air-conditioned for summer and with reversible heating for those chilly winter evenings and has sea views from the roof terrace. Outside the patio / garden area is tiled and the lovely raised patio area is furnished with a wrought iron glass-topped table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast and, because it is lit at night, is also superb for drinks in the balmy summer evenings! Moving inside, the spacious entrance hall, also contains the downstairs WC, which features a shower, WC and basin with mirror with lights above. To the right of the hallway is the comfortable and well decorated air-conditioned lounge with two 2 seater sofas, pictures, coffee table, lamp, standard lamp and side table as well as patio doors to the terrace. The dining area contains a pine dining table and 6 chairs, plus a matching sideboard, lamp, pictures and plants. The spacious kitchen, which is fully fitted with all you would expect in this quality property, includes oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board as well as a good selection of saucepans, crockery and utensils. Upstairs the air-conditioned master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and double built in wardrobes containing a safe for any valuables you may be taking on holiday! The master bedroom also has en suite facilities with bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and mirror. The sunny second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fans, double wardrobe with two drawers, plus bedside cabinet and lamp. The roof terrace, which is lit at night, is furnished with 2 sun loungers, large dining table, 2 parasols, airer and 10 chairs. It also has magnificent views over the mountains and Alicante Bay! Also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball and football courts on the development. This property is situated in a quiet location, across the road from the lovely pool and gardens and within easy walking distance of a selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Plus the beautiful beach is only a 3 minute drive away. A fantastic family property!
