The recently built 2 bedroomed apartment in the province of Andalucia Spain is situated on the landscaped and gated Atalaya Fase 1 of spectacular Alhaurin Golf course.

The apartment and accesses are all on one level and the living area overlooks the terrace garden and the communal pool area

Situated some 5 mins drive away from the smaller Andalucian town of Alhaurin el Grande This apartment is ideal for the independent holidaymaker who would like a spectacular setting as a base to explore the wider Costa Del Sol area or just laze around the pool and soak up the Costa Del Sol sun.

Local Golf is only a 200yd walk to the club house. Play a few rounds on the Seve Ballesteros designed Alhaurin Golf course in the Hills above Marbella 25 mins from the Costa Del Sol and Malaga airport. In addition to the 18-hole round, the course has an 18 par-3 holes and 9 short holes. For a change 10 mins drive away is Lauro Golf on the Malaga road & two fine courses at Mijas. Or Within 25 mins drive you can sample the full ranges of golf courses the Costa del Sol and inland Andalucia has to offer.

Location & area

The local town, Alhaurin el Grande, is 5 mins away by car or taxi. This has all the facilities of a typical small friendly Spanish town, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Mijas and the Larger Administrative centre of Coin is 10 mins away.

There is the Hotel Alhaurin (with horse riding school & restaurant), La Ventilla & Le Balcon restaurants, the Golf Club House restaurant and a petrol station with convenience foods all within a short walk through the grounds of Alhaurin Golf.



A car is a good idea to fully explore this spectacular area of Spain. The well known Costa Del Sol resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Malaga, etc are no more than a 20min drive away.

For the more adventurous, Gibraltar (trips to N Africa) is about 60 mins, Ronda 90 mins, Granada & the Sierra Nevada's 2hrs.



The nature areas of the Sierra de las Nieves and La Torcal are only a short drive away.
