Overview

This unusual property can accommodate large groups, ideal for small weddings or golfers or just two at a time. We sometimes take three generations of one family who wish to be together but still want a little privacy.

The villas can be leased singly out of high season July/Aug. Prices are given for villa palma only.
We can offer two adjacent villas sharing same heated pool and BBQ � private and peaceful with fantastic sea and mountain views.
One of the properties has two bedrooms and the other has three bedrooms. Our properties can take a maximum of thirteen people if sofa beds are used.
There are two sun terraces, gardens and patio areas.New this year is a private jacuzzi area, open two nights per week,at no extra charge where guests will find further extensive gardens with two fishponds, fountain, mandarin grove and other fruit trees.
We are ideally located in the village of La Alqueria in Alhaurin de la Torre - the gardens of the Costas, named the Gardens of Allah by the ancient Moors - for sea , lakes and mountains but away from the hustle, bustle and parking problems of the coast, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Our son- in- law is a qualified Adventure Consultant and can tailor make activities in the area for you, if required eg. Canyoning and gorge walking, kite and windsurfing, mountain and downhill cycling, water or even snow skiing ( 2½ hrs away ) in winter. Robert can arrange day trips to Ronda, Seville, Alhambra Palace, Puerto Banus and Marbella, Gibraltar, etc., You can even take a day trip to Africa and go to Tangiers in Morocco.
Alhaurin is about 15 mins inland. We are close to Torremolinos, the aqua park and beaches.
Ours is a golfers paradise with our next door neighbour being the 27 hole Lauro golf course. The more challenging Alhaurin Golf designed by Seve Ballesteros is only 8 minutes away and there are 60 more within easy driving distance with plenty to do for the non golfing partners. The beautiful Chorro lakes and wild flamingos are about half an hours drive.
Small surcharge weekly for those requiring pool heating - free use of jacuzzi open 2 nights per week.

Location & area

We are located on the outskirts of a traditional village La Alqueria which is between the two Alhaurins, very convenient for sea and mountains. The village has a good restaurant of its own and 3 bars. We are on the site of a local beauty spot.
