Overview

The self contained detached Studio has A/C & Heating, set in the 4 acre gardens of this Andalucian Villa. Through the electric gates is a large parking area surrounded by Bougainvillea, Palm, Olive trees, Cacti & Succulent bed. The studio has its own seating area under a Jacaranda tree where you can sit, enjoy your breakfast or BBQ your evening meal. From here there are fantastic views across the patio and swimming pool to the countryside.
There is a King size bed,TV, video player with video library, radio/CD player, internet access, wardrobe, chests of drawers, fold away table and chairs, ceiling fan light, hairdryer, good selection of books & local information, all bed & bathroom linen is provided. The kitchenette contains a combination microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes and tea towels. Also available are a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The luxury shower room is tiled throughout & has a walk-in shower, washbasin,toilet, & electrical point for shavers.
