Overview

This townhouse is brand new accommodating six people. Located between the town of Algorfa and the prestigious La Finca Golf Course you will enjoy uninterrupted views over the countryside to the mountains of Orihuela. The Commercial Centre at La Finca with bars, restaurants,shops etc which is due to open early 2006 is just a short walk away.


The property is situated within a small complex, just a few yards to a communal pool with landscaped gardens and sunbathing area. There is a furnished front terrace, overlooking the garden, and a rooftop solarium with sun beds provided for day long sunshine. There is also a secure underground garage.

The lounge/dining room is air conditioned (hot and cold) and is fully furnished for six people . A TV with all British Channels (including Sky Sports/Premier Plus etc) is provided with a DVD/CD Player.The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob,microwave,fridge freezer, iron and board and all utensils. A washing machine is located in a separate utility area.


There is a downstairs toilet and shower room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms fitted with ceiling fans, which have single beds, wardrobes and cabinets. A staircase leads to the furnished rooftop solarium.The upstairs bathroom has a sink,toilet,bidet and over bath shower.The airports of Alicante and Murcia are approximately 30 minutes drive

Location & area

lgorfa is a small typical Spanish town with a few bars and restaurants, municipal pool, tennis courts and park and a pretty town square. The towns of Almoradí, Los Montesinos and Rojales are nearby and have numerous shops and restaurants.




A short drive takes you to Torrevieja, a bustling seaport with beaches, shops, seafood restaurants, tapas bars and a vibrant nightlife. A similar distance are the Blue Flag beaches of La Mata and Guardamar. There are two waterparks nearby at Quesada and Torrevieja and only an hours drive to Benidorm and the Terra Mittica and Terra Natura Theme Parks and the Mundomar Water Park. (See local area ) For those who prefer shopping you will find a market in one of the nearby towns on any day of the week or you could visit one of the newly built shopping malls with many designer outlets
