Overview
Residential El Patio' is a 2 bedroom apartment with rooftop Solarium, and south facing balcony from the lounge and main Bedroom. We are situated on the edge of Algorfa village with stunning views of Mount Escotera in the Heart of the Segura Region.surrounded by orange and lemon groves. This area makes it the perfect spot for peace and tranquillity. We are in a gated courtyard with swimming pool, waterfall and shrubs. With lifts taking you from the underground car park straight to the apartment. Just next door is Alquibla restaurante the fish dishes are to die for.and 2minutes walk to LaErmita were I suggest you try La Ermita huevos (different). There are other restaurants, bars, and shops close by. In the village there is also a large swimming pool, children's play areas and tennis courts. We are 2 minutes by car away from the newest Golf course on the Costa Blanca La Finca' and 1 hr from the famous La Manga course.There is so much to see and do here you will never be bored! The Coast line of 21 miles of Blue flag glorious sandy beaches offer so much for a fantastic holiday.Enjoy !!
