Overview

An Alcaucin rental apartment in a rural setting & comfortably furnished, this two bedroom holiday apartment is situated on the lower ground floor of the owners' house. Approached via a country track and a private driveway, the property is located 2 kms from the centre of the Spanish village of Alcaucin (the nearest restaurant is even closer), and is just a 5 minute drive from the natural park An English run horse riding school is even closer by. The apartment shares the pool and terrace area of the main house which offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Malaga airport is an hour's drive and the beach and the Costa del Sol seaside town of Torre del Mar are 25 minutes away.

Lounge/Dining room : A good sized comfortable open plan lounge/diner furnished with two leather sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player, pine dining table and four chairs.


American Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots & pan and glasses.


Bedroom 1 : Double bed, walk-in closet /wardrobes, two bedside cabinets and chest of drawers, ceiling fan plus mosquito screen over window.


Bedroom 2 : Twin beds, bedside cabinet, and wardrobe, ceiling fan plus mosquito screen over window.


Shower Room : fully tiled with large walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC.


Outside: A gravel seating area with patio table and 4 chairs with stunning views across the countryside and there is also a parking space.


Pool & Terrace: The apartment shares the use of the owners' swimming pool and terrace area which has panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Four sun loungers are provided.
