This townhouse style Andalucia holiday home which has been furnished & decorated to a high standard would suit either a family, group or couples looking for a quiet village location and is an ideal choice for walking holidays and nature lovers wanting to explore the Andalucia countryside.
just 5 minutes walk away are a number of walking trails and the natural park of the picturesque Andalucian countryside that provides stunning views from the house. An English run horse riding school is also available just a 5 minute drive away.

Malaga airport is an hour's drive and the beach and the Costa del Sol seaside town of Torre del Mar are 25 minutes away.

Ground Floor

Lounge/Dining room : A large comfortable lounge/dining room furnished with two sofas, coffee table, sideboard, LCD TV and DVD player, large wooden dining table and eight chairs.

Patio doors lead out to a large balcony terrace which has a patio dining table and chairs, two sun loungers and a gas bbq.

Separate Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots & pan and glasses.

Cloakroom : with W.C. and wash basin.

Stairs leading to First floor and Lower ground floor:

First Floor :

Bedroom 1 : Double bed, double wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, ceiling fan plus an extra futon style bed. Patio doors to a good size private balcony terrace.

Separate Bathroom : with bath with shower, wash basin, W.C. and bidet.

Lower Ground Floor :

Bedroom 2 : Twin beds, double wardrobe, two bedside cabinet, and ceiling fan. Patio door leads to small balcony.
