Overview

The villa is to be found in beautiful rural surroundings on its own ‘hill’ overlooking the Rambla (dried up river) in the Almanzora Valley in the Province of Almeria, and the spectacular mountain ranges and views of the Sierra de Los Filabres and the Sierra de Las Estancias some 16 odd km (10 odd miles) away.
The villa has been tastefully renovated to a reasonably high standard in order to retain its original character and charm in keeping with the location. The villa is fully equipped with (kitchen) large fridge/freezer, smaller fridge, washing machine, microwave, 5 ring gas cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator etc. There are views of the rambla and distant mountains from all 4 bedrooms, and there is a large, 80sqmts patio that leads off the upstairs lounge. An ideal place for sunbathing as it is secluded. 2 small, easily maintained gardens of approx 55sqmts (well planted with shrubs, cacti, flowers and palm trees + arbour & vines). There is also outside patio furniture including tables, chairs, reclining sun beds, etc. for both upstairs and downstairs. A large car parking area is provided, and a car is essential. Enjoy your stay in the villa, treat it as your own, relax, and explore the area at will. You will not be disappointed in what you see and find. It has a lot to offer.
