Overview

This lovely property is built in the typical Spanish style in the heart of town. The front from the narrow cobbled street opens to a lovely comfortable lounge with dining area and windows covered by wooden shutters opening to the front of the house. There is a newly fitted American style kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and well equipped with utensils etc. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and there is a single bed in the second bedroom. The lovely newly fitted shower room is very modern with vanity unit and corner shower. There is a washer dryer for your convenience. Set in a narrow cobbled street in the heart of the old town of Altea. The property is close to restaurants, banks, shops, supermarkets and the beach and promenade. Local transport is also very close by.

Location & area

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 64 (approximately 45 mintues) the property is then approximately 10 minutes from junction 64 following the signs to Altea on the N332.



Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Altea, you can then walk from this station or a taxi is always available.



An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 60€ for 2 or 3 people including luggage. we can also arrange daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property.
