From the distance, the property ''NA BRDI'' looks like a farmhouse, but it actually is not one. At the ground floor there is the restaurant, which is open only at weekends. Above it there is a private apartment and on the second floor, there are two apartments Accacia and Sparrows.

If you love beauty, nature, beautiful landscapes, animals and if beside that you also want to rest or rebuild your energy with physical exercise, we are the perfect place for you. The apartments are literally a couple of metres from the woods, so there are a number of wood paths, available for a run or a simple walk.

It takes only 7 km (10 min with car) to get to the Slovenian sea and to Ankaran, where you can swim in the summer and walk on the beach in the other seasons.

And if you want to taste a different kind of Slovenian Istria, you are on the right way: here goes the Wine Route, which means that you can try and also buy famous local wines like Refošk (red) and Malvazija (white).

We will also provide you all the information you need to plan a trip to the hinterland of Slovenian Istria and get to know some of the spots with a rich cultural history.

If you want, you can to to Izola, Portorož or Piran and experience a different kind of entertainment - later, when you come back, the same old peace and quiet will be waiting for you at our place.

SPARROWS APARTMENT :

(for 2 to MAX.6 persons)



If you are a family or a company of 4 or more, this is the ideal apartment for you because it is the bigger one. The prices depend on the number of persons staying.
Its name comes from the view of the living room window, where you can watch the sparrows flying from the horse stable, which is located in a separate building.



The apartment Sparrows includes:

-a bedroom with two double beds

-a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub

-a living room with the kitchen, dining room and a sofa-bed for 2 person.



Children can sleep in the bedroom with the parents (2 double beds) or they can use the sofa-bed in the living room.



VALID FOR BOTH APARTMENTS:



The apartment has **, but it includes a lot of equipment above the standard.

It has also:

-cable TV, air-conditioning, a small common room for ironing, with an ironing board, and for drying clothes.



Since the apartment does not have a balcony, you can use the little grass corner outside for lying in the hammock and the benches and tables on the terrace behind the house.

We also have an enclose playground for children with a goal and various swings where the children can play as much as they want.



PRICE LISTS

A.) PRICES OF THE APARTMENT SPARROWS:



2 persons - € 40 per day

3 persons - € 50 per day

4 persons - € 60 per day

5 persons - € 70 per day

6 persons - € 76 per day



The apartments are open throughout the year. The prices are the same in all the seasons: in summer they include the air conditioning and in winter the heating. The prices also include water, electricity, gas, a change of sheets once a week, changes of towels as needed and final cleaning at the departure.



Payment conditions:

-30% of the whole amount at reservation on our bank account, the rest at arrival.
Supplements:

-Tourist tax € 1 for adults per day and € 0,50 (for children between 7 and 18) per day.

Stays of 2 nights or less are subject to a 20% surcharge.



Other discounts:

For a stay of 10 days or more you get:

a.) Free use of the massage system with straps America Star for strengthening your muscles AND

b.) a GIFT CERTIFICATE for the apartments "Na Brdi" of 10% off your next stay: you can use it yourself or give it to a friend. The gift certificate can be used within a period of 6 months from the day it is issued.

- a small bed for children between 0 and 3 is available free of charge.
