About Dom Ball Lodge

A very spacious house, with lovely wooden finishes, (floors and ceilings), beautiful converted attic, with spacious ensuite bedroom and close to the River - 3 further bedrooms, and a large family bathroom, under floor heating and a log burner are just some of the lovely features.

Lower floor - 2 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom
Attic - large ensuite bedroom with double bed and single day bed (sleeps 3) - TV for use with DVD player in this bedroom
Spacious open planned kitchen, with fully modern appliances, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, integrated oven and hob, microwave
Dining area with seating for 8
Lots of sofa seating in the lounging area, tv for use with dvd player
Under floor heating, as well as log burner
About the Area

This is small number of houses situated on an exclusive estate, at the High Tatras
Skiing: Zavazna Poruba (15 km), Jasna (28 km), Strbske Pleso (18 km)
Poprad Airport (35 km), Košice Airport (180 km), Bratislava Airport 250 km)
Car hire is available at the airport
The bus stop is 5 minutes walk, which takes you to the ski resorts
The town of Liptovsky Mikulas is a 15 minute drive, and here you will find many restaurants and shops
There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the house
There are several supermarkets at Liptovsky Mikulas - 15 mins drive
There is a large Tesco also at Poprad -
Aqua park distant 1 km from the locality (Liptovská Kokava, 43°C) - ideal for children (15 mins drive approx) with 11 pools, (8 thermal and 3 indoor), as well as the "Wellness Paradise" which is a unique complex of massages, baths, wraps and other therapeutic and relaxing procedures.. As well as having the skiing for winter, there are also winter activities for children at this park, such as the list below. Entry is less than £10 for a full day - April 2008 Prices -
