The pension MIVA** is situated on a silent street of the old part of the town Levoèa near Town-wall right behind well-preserved Menhardska gate.
The capacity of the pension is 21 beds and 6 extra beds. The pension has 7 double-bedded rooms (including 1 room for disabled people with individual entrance), 1 triple-bedded room, 2 double-bedded suites. Each room has its own toilet, bathroom with a shower,there is satellite TV and radio in a room. On the ground floor there is a patio, reception and cosy dinning room for 12 guests. Our guests can spent their spare time in a dayroom with billiards or in a bar or in a 500-year-old wine cellar. You can have a rest in a garden (with a fireplace) which is separated from the street by a high wall. There is also a parking place for 6 cars.

From the artistic and historical point of view Levoèa is one of the most valuable towns of the region Spi. It was its cultural and administrative centre in the Middle Ages. Levoèa belonged to the most significant free royal towns of Hungary.(Uhorsko).The town is surrounded by the city-walls, which is nearly completely well-preserved. There is also 6 well-preserved towers and bastions (originally there were 15), three of them are gates: Koicka Gate, Poland gate and Menhardska Gate. Levoèa is mentioned first in 1249.There are many well-preserved cultural and historical sights in this town: St. Jacob's Church, The Town Hall, The Evangelical Church, The House of Thurzo, The Master Pavol's House, The mariassy's House, The Spillenberg's House, The Krupek's House, The building of The Theatre, The Large and Small Provincial Houses, the Old Minorites Church, the Old Minorites Monastery, the Minorites Baroque Church and many others. In The St. Jacob's Church there is one of the biggest Gothic altars in the world. It is 18,62 m high, made of linden wood, coming from the workshop of Master Paul of Levoca dating from 1507 to 1517.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
