Apartments Vesna - accommodation only 5m far from the Sea - Kotor Bay, Montenegro
Apartments Vesna is private house just by the beach with 5 apartments for vacation rent. It is situated in a little place Lepetane, near Tivat in Kotor Bay (Boka Kotorska) - Montenegro.
We have 3 apartments (suitable for 2-5 persons) and 2 studio-rooms (suitable for 2,2+1 persons) ,fully furnished, airconditioned.Each of them including own bathroom and toilet.
The apartments have their separate kitchen and own terraces with spectacular seaview.
The studio rooms have the kitchen line inside the bedroom and separate bathroom. Two studio rooms share the same terrace which also has a beautiful seaview, but is situated in front of the entrance, as a part of the stairways.
The beach is just in front of the house,only 5m far away, especially suitable for children. Garden with barbecue grill and large table for outdoor dinnig is also available.
Lepetane is a small village close to Tivat, located in the Kotor Bay on the east shore of the Verige Strait which connects Tivat and Kotor Bays. Here, there is a ferry service, that enables drivers to shorten a way from Budva to Herceg Novi by 22 km
The Apartmenthouse Vesna is only 5km far from the town center (Tivat), 12km far from Kotor, 30km far from Budva, 50km far from Dubrovnik (Croatia), so it is idael place if you want to swim, rest, walk along the seashore ,and do some sightseeing at the same time.
Tivat is located in the central part of the Boka Kotorska bay. It is the youngest town in the Boka region, Tivat has a lot of interesting and attractive destinations. Renaissance Summer House Buca in the centre of city, Ostrvo Cvijeca (flowers' island) with sacred monuments, Gornja Lastva, the old nucleus at an altitude of 300 m, Old stoned houses in Lepetane, the magnificent beach at Plavi Horizonti and the island Sv. Nikola are tourist destinations that should be visited in Tivat. In the city it self there is the natural marina Kaliman. Tivat is also the only place at the littoral with an airport.
The Airport Tivat is only 8km far from our holiday apartments !
Tivat is connected with the rest of Montenegro by Adriatic motorway, a two-laned motorway that extends for the length of Montenegrin coast.
