Overview
Kotor in Montenegro is a stunning 14th C walled city rather like a mini Dubrovnik. Our Villa Kamelia which sleeps from 8 to 14 persons ( & priced accordingly) is situated on the edge of the Kotor Bay fjiord at Prcanj with stunning views of the water with the high mountains that surround the fjiord reflected in the water. You can swim from the bathing jetty right outside the house and enjoy a vast array of sights a day trips from the area. Wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars are to be found around the bay and within the city walls where there are also shops, boutiques, nightclubs and the famous casino as featured in the last James Bond film. We have one of the largest waterfronts of most houses along the fiord and you can dine on the 3 terraces, sunbathe and relax for the whole of your holiday or you can venture off to a different beach every day or take in the vast array of sights, ancient monuments, historical areas and national parks. You can even ski in the winter!

The house is at Prcanj, just outside the famous walled city of Kotor. Stunning views of the mountains reflected in the water which is on your doorstep!! You can fly to Dubrovnik and drive in about 1.5 hours. There are also flights to Tivat airport now (Montenegro Airlines and Thompsonfly) which is about 20 minutes away. Flybe, BMI, BA, Air Croatia, Thompsonfly, Palmair and Easyjet are carriers to Dubrovnik from various UK airports.

Villa Kamelia has one of the largest waterfront terraces of all the houses nearby and there are three terraces from which to enjoy the wonderful waterfront views. The terraces are set high above the waters edge with a small track in between and the whole property is totally safe with gates and railings so an ideal spot for a family holiday but where you can swim in the warm waters of the fiord from the doorstep.
