Location & area
Kotor is the main town in the Boka Bay region, sandwiched between the majestic Mount Lovcen and the sea. This walled City is one of the main tourist destinations in Montenegro; cruise ships arrive from around the world to its marina on a daily basis and it therefore has a wealth of facilities for the visitor.
It is an old medieval Town with churches, museums, venetian architecture and a cathedral (St Tryphon) which dates back to 1166. There are no cars within the town, just cobbled streets and alleys. Boat trips are available from the Marina outside. From within the Old Town are the steps to the Old Fort where you will pass centuries old churches with stunning views of the Bay.
The Boka bay has the deepest fjords in the mediterranean and is officially on the list of one of the 'most beautiful Bays in the World'. Other activities include watersports, cycling, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, walking, paragliding and sailing lessons

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
