You can simply lose yourself gazing at the incredible beauty of the bay, the mountains and woods; walk 30 minutes to the shore to swim, para sail, water-ski or fish in the bay; hike on ancient cobblestone "roads" through nearby mountains; visit historic mountainside churches and more. 600 year-old Herceg Novi is 5 mins by car (about 2 km) where you can take a boat Mamula Island's historic prison, Zanjice beach and the blue caves or sail all the way to the UNESCO historical town of Kotor. Close to grocery shopping and a farmers market every morning, home made cooking is also available (see Rental Information section for more details). This vacation home provides an excellent base for day trips to many historic and beautiful towns along the coast of Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina, including Dubrovnik, Mostar, Budva, Kotar, Sveti Stephan and inland to Cetinje via Lovcen National Park, or to Skadar lake.Sea View Rental Apartment is in a newly reconstructed (2008) house. Our spacious terrace is accessible from the 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and modern bathroom; open plan living area: fully equipped kitchen with wood burning fire place, dining and living room, laundry room with WC, indoor garage parking with remote control garage opener, fitness room and outdoor patio. The property has absolute stunning sea, forest and mountain views across Herceg Novi and Boka Bay. Dubrovnik and Tivat airports are about 30-40 min drive. Satellite TV, DVD player, books, magazines, various, DVDs, bed linen, towels, everything you need for a relaxed holiday.

Herceg Novi: Herceg Novi is over 600 years old and full of historical sights and stunning views. Activities available in Herceg Novi: swimming, scuba-diving, snorkeling, fishing, jet-skiing, para sailing, bike and boat hire, tennis, day trips. White water rafting along the Tara Canyon is 3½ hours drive away and can be enjoyed as 1, 2 or 3-day trip.



Igalo: The Igalo Institute, the largest and best-known institution for Multidisciplinary and European Spa Treatment in the Mediterranean is a 30 minute walk (10 minute drive)



Coast/Beach: Herceg Novi beaches and the marina/sea front promenade: 3 kilometres away (5 - 10 minutes drive).



Skiing: Montenegro offers all sorts of activities summer and winter.



Hiking: Short hiking paths start near the apartment, and longer hikes through the mountains are plentiful in the area.



Airports: Dubrovnik Airport is about 28km away, 30 minutes drive (depending on border crossing). Also Tivat Airport to the south is about 1 - 1½ hours (depending on ferry wait).

Fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with bedroom ceiling fans. Bed linens, bath and beach towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils and cookware. Wood-burning fireplace for cool fall and spring evenings and winter. You will need to provide all food, drinks and fun.
2. Booking Notes
10% initial payment at time of booking (non-refundable). Remaining rent paid 6 weeks prior to start of rental.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are subject to full forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked. All cancellations will be charged a 25.00 euro fee.
