This is a medium size apartment, ideal for a group of 2-4 people, with each couple sharing a double bed/sofa.
One bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, night tables and a large wardrobe chest. The second bedroom has a sleeper-couch, entertainment system with TV, DVD and CD player, coffee table, chairs, and comfortable arm-chairs. The kitchen has all new appliances and a washing machine.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with a beautiful green semi-private backyard. Guests can enjoy cable TV, unlimited free hi-speed Internet and internationals and long distance calls. The place offers a great value with rates at least 50% lower than at nearby hotels.
