Overview

Hidden on Cioplea, half way towards the top of the hill, Elisa Guest House isn't hard to reach/ discover, being placed next to the weather-station of Predeal.
Turists willing to escape the madness and ado of the great cities can find here an oasis of calm and relaxation .

The house, conceived as a family's holiday residence, is part of the old architectural patrimony of Predeal and was built in 1936 by one of the craftsman/ workman that King Ferdinand had brought from Germany in order to finalize the construction of Peles palace (Cstle) and to build Pelisor .

Villa classified 2 stars by the office of the tourism since 2003, Elisa has been renovated on the outside and is well-equipped villa, preserving the original aspect of the house.
In order to build the house in a typical tyrolese style, there were used traditional materials as stones, bricks and wood. The construction has stone foundation, brick walls coated in wooden beams jointed to make them look like massive logs.
The hardware the windows gratings and the decorative elements on the main door have been made by the first owner of the house, a german craftsman.
The windows and the doors of the balconies are protected by wooden shutters with a typical heart shaped cutting up.

The partition of the house is functional :
