Overview

Luxury Villa - 3 floors, 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms with bathtubs. Large garden (400 m2) with a large swing and barbeque facilities, great for sunbathing. Locked parking for up to 6 cars.





Beautiful landscape towards the Bucegi Mountains. Ground floor: party hall/eating/dance, TV+DVD, complete kitchen with dishwasher and combo microwave/oven. On the third floor in the hobby area there is a pool table and a tennis table, bar, TV and fridge. All bedrooms have cable TV and large double beds. Ideal for New Year's Eve parties and for groups for up to 20 people. JACUZZI (bubble-) bath (3-person) and a SAUNA (6-person) are installed in the basement.

Very close (walking distance) to ski slopes with ski installations, and to a cabin that lifts you up to the top of Bucegi (Babele) at more than 2000m above the sea level. The Prahova Valley in Romania is one of the most beautiful places in the country. The highlights are the resorts in Sinaia, Busteni, and Predeal, at 800m above the sea level. The Carpathians Mountains around the valley reach 2500m. Perfect for ski during winter, and hiking/trekking during summer. Many ski slopes and hiking routes.

At the local Tourist Information center you can obtain info (English or Romanian speaking) about all the possibilities in the area according to your wishes (cultural tours including castles and monasteries visits, maps and advice for hiking, equipment rental for ski, mountain biking, all-terrain 3 or 4 wheel motors, horse riding, tennis courts, indoors swimming pools, restaurants and disco, shopping, etc.)

Location & area

Busteni is located in between Sinaia and Predeal. You can reach them both with a short taxi ride - less than 10 km - (price range: 4-5 euros), or by public transportation like buses, small vans, or trains (price range: 1 euro)



The villa is very close to the main national road which crosses the mountains, and it is about 1 Km from the train station Busteni where all international trains make a stop.
