Overview

Gorgeous, simple, cosy old town flat, walking distance in the stunning square. 400 year old building, lots of charm, very cosy & romantic. If you haven't been to Brasov, its just gorgeous, genuinely. Overlooked by the picturesque Tampa mountains, next to Piata Sfatului square, cable car the famous Black Church, historical street of Poarta Schei, & very close to the year round resort of Poiana Brasov. It is not possible to get closer to the old town unless you physically sleep in the square! No taxi's needed, no walking. You are literally in the middle of the nicest old town in Romania.

Location & area

Brasov is the jewel of stunning transylvania, undisputed. The old town is the pride of Brasov, & the old square, where the black church is situated, is the show piece. Our apartment is behind the Black Church, & on the historically significant Strada Poarta Schei. You can't be more central than this, & the character of the area is fantastic.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
