Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in the Old Village, sleeps 4-6, air con, large shared pool, near to marina....This is a new development, built and furnished to a very high standard. It is situated in a very friendly area in Vilamoura known as 'The Old Village'. The property is located beside Pinhal golf course and The Four Seasons, which is very popular with golfers and families alike. Within 'The Old Village' there are some very nice restaurants, snack/bars, supermarket and a very cosy local pub/bar with evening entertainment, most major sports on TV and internet access.
The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room / living room with patio doors to a private terrace area looking over the shared swimming pool. On the first floor you have a double bedroom with king size bed, twin bedroom and a shared full bathroom. There is also a staircase leading to a roof terrace with lovely sea views and complete with sun beds.
