A delightful 4 bedroom villa in Vilamoura with a private pool and full air conditioning - fully equipped and nicely furnished.



A sunny, south facing villa, with large terrace areas and a private nicely maintained garden with barbecue.



The villa is in a central location in the Old Village Vilamoura, within walking distance of the beach & marina, and of course the bars restaurants within the Old village.



It offers 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and the remainder on the first floor).



There is a large living / dining room with a plasma screen TV and basic satellite TV channels.



From the lounge there is direct access to terrace area and on to the garden and the swimming pool.



Fully fitted and spacious kitchen with access to rear, where there is a barbecue area. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, iron and board.
