Situated only 5 minutes by foot from the beach, this cosy house with 200m2 has two floors. In downstairs floor you find the dining-room, the kitchen (full equipped) and a cosy living-room with sofa-bed what makes possible the comfortable stay of 8 persons. In the first floor you find 3 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite) all with balconies. One of the bedroom has sea views. Also in this floor there is one bathroom. At the exterior, in front of the house you find a small garden. At backyard there is garden furniture and one barbecue where you can make the most varied outdoor meals.
