Overview

Unfurnished, the house boasts a large kitchen with fireplace, living room with fire place, large cellar and play room and bar, laundry room, stock room, 2 multipurpose rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - a total of 12 divisions. The staircases and floors are made from cherry wood, the living room walls and stairwell walls are lined with hand painted Viúva Lamego Tiles, the property has closed circuit TV, solar panels, its own water well, a garage with remote gate opener (houses 2 cars). The large garden contains as small annex and a separate BBQ area and many mature fruit trees. Because of the location's proximity to Serra de Sintra, the Sintra micro-climate ensures that there is a refreshing breeze on the hottest of days.
